A shorter path to custom ERP
As business processes change, custom systems must adapt. We are designing AI assistance for requirements and code generation so developers can focus on business rules and acceptance testing.
BrainForce is building Taiwan AI ERP Platform, an AI-assisted ERP development platform focused on Taiwanese business workflows. We aim to help AI understand Traditional Chinese requirements and the context of how Taiwanese businesses operate, then turn those needs into data structures and business logic—supported by permissions, workflows, and deployment foundations for testable, maintainable systems.
Concept interface with fictional data, not a live product screen
Start with a real need. Build your business system step by step.
For small and medium-sized businesses, developers, and in-house teams, we are combining AI-assisted development with a reusable platform core to reduce the work of rebuilding ERP foundations.
As business processes change, custom systems must adapt. We are designing AI assistance for requirements and code generation so developers can focus on business rules and acceptance testing.
Business systems need more than screens: permissions, workflows, audit trails, and data boundaries. We are designing these foundations into the platform to support custom applications over time.
Our planned model pairs development subscriptions with hosting services, helping teams keep building and improving their ERP. Tutorials, templates, and onboarding support will complement the platform.
AI helps develop the business logic unique to each project. The platform is being designed to provide shared foundations for authentication, permissions, workflows, audit trails, data, files, and deployment.
The platform core is still in development. Availability will be introduced progressively through Early Access releases.
We plan to apply AI to specific tasks from development through daily operations. The product is currently in Private Development; the capabilities below represent our core product direction.
Turn requests such as “orders over the limit need manager approval” into roles, fields, and approval conditions, with people confirming the rules first.
Create draft data structures and code from confirmed requirements, then let developers review relationships, calculations, and exception handling.
Help create interfaces and business logic for quotes, orders, and inventory, then verify their behavior through testing.
Explore extracting inquiry, order, and product details into reviewable drafts, with confirmation required before saving data to the system.
Combine rules, webhooks, and approval steps to plan notifications and routine processing, with human confirmation for important actions.
Explore natural-language queries for business information, with results governed by user permissions and backed by traceable source data.
Localization is more than translating an interface into Traditional Chinese. We are designing around the documents, communication tools, transaction flows, and third-party services common to Taiwanese SMEs, so AI-generated systems can fit real operating environments.
Help AI understand the language used in quotations, purchasing, inventory, trade, and approvals in Taiwanese businesses—not just translate words literally.
Plan integrations with LINE Official Accounts and notification flows so communication channels commonly used in Taiwan can connect with ERP workflows.
Design integration points for Taiwan e-invoicing and common finance workflows, reducing gaps when systems move into day-to-day operations.
Plan connectors for services commonly used in Taiwan, such as ECPay and NewebPay, along with industry-specific third-party APIs.
Model inquiries, quotations, sales orders, purchasing, inventory, shipping, and approvals around real team roles and operational exceptions.
Explore turning everyday business documents into reviewable structured drafts before safely bringing approved data into ERP workflows.
Current status: These are product localization directions and planned integration capabilities. They do not imply formal partnerships with third-party providers or that every integration is already live.
AI assists. People verify.
Start with the most important workflow, then build the next.
Identify roles, data, and approval conditions. Define the problem your first version needs to solve.
Use AI to help draft data models, interfaces, and business logic, then connect the platform core and test step by step.
Check permissions, test critical workflows, and choose the right hosting and deployment approach.
These are potential custom application scenarios. Each project defines its own scope; these are not fixed, preinstalled modules.
Bring products, orders, and restocking needs into one workflow to reduce duplicate entry and repeated check-ins.
The platform is currently in Private Development. Subscription plans, hosting specifications, and the Early Access timeline will be announced once they are confirmed.
Planned AI assistance, templates, and platform foundations will support custom projects, with tutorials to help teams build practical development skills.
Choose hosting based on project resources and operational needs. Deployment requirements, capacity, and maintenance scope will be explained with the plans.
The BrainForce team began planning and developing AI ERP Platform in 2025, combining experience in business software development with AI-assisted development to explore a more efficient way to build custom ERP systems.
We focus on the data, roles, documents, and workflows that Taiwanese SMEs and development teams deal with every day, connecting AI-generated code to platform foundations that can be reviewed and maintained. We are currently refining the core capabilities and first use cases while preparing for early testing and future service plans.
Our product direction combines AI-assisted development with reusable foundations for authentication, permissions, workflows, audit trails, data, files, and deployment.
Localization focuses on Traditional Chinese business context and Taiwan-specific workflows and integrations. The product is currently in Private Development.
Our focus is an ongoing AI-assisted ERP development platform, with planned development subscriptions and hosting services for multiple custom projects. Orders, customers, and inventory are designed within each project. Onboarding support and tutorials help teams use the platform.
AI can help generate and edit code, but a complete system still needs sound requirements, testing, and maintenance. Teams with basic development skills will find it easier to get started. Tutorials and templates are part of our plans.
Human review and testing are still needed before launch, especially for data permissions, calculations, and critical workflows. The platform aims to assist development, not replace acceptance testing.
Our current plan gives users control over their custom application code, data models, and business logic. Platform dependencies for self-hosting, data export, and licensing terms will be detailed in the formal plans.
The platform is still being planned and developed. Pricing and a launch date have not been announced. You can email us through the “Join Testing” section below to express interest. We will follow up to confirm testing arrangements. Account registration and payments are not yet available.
